By accessing and using the InnGO platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
InnGO provides hotel management software as a service (SaaS), including but not limited to reservation management, staff coordination, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
InnGO offers subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. InnGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
In no event shall InnGO, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
